Building zellij

Just a small one for myself (and anyone else looking to build the zellij terminal multiplexer on Fedora 44).

During the build of zellij, cargo will try to build openssl-sys. I always end up adding the required operating system packages one by one in a repeating trial and error to make the build work. So for the next time I (or someone else) runs into this:

sudo dnf install openssl-devel perl-Time-Piece perl-File-Copy \ 
    perl-File-Compare perl-IPC-Cmd perl-FindBin

Then cargo build zellij should just work. Enjoy ;-)
